Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective October 20, 2026 · United States
Simple, transparent terms for one-time orders and the weekly lunar subscription.
1. Full refund within 48 hours
You may request a full refund of any Catmonbest payment within 48 hours after that payment was successfully processed. The 48-hour period is measured from the transaction time, not when the PDF is delivered. This applies to one-time calendars, individually priced orders, the initial subscription payment and each subsequent weekly subscription charge. A request received at the published support email within that period qualifies for a full refund, even if we have begun work or the digital calendar has already been delivered.
2. How to request a refund
Email [INSERT SUPPORT EMAIL BEFORE LAUNCH] with the subject line “Catmonbest Refund Request”. Include your order reference or PayPal transaction ID, the email used at checkout and an explicit request for a refund. Do not email your PayPal password, payment-card number, or other sensitive financial details. We use the timestamp when your email reaches the support mailbox to assess the 48-hour period. We will review and initiate approved refunds through the original payment provider; the time it takes for funds to appear depends on PayPal and the original payment method.
3. After 48 hours
Requests made after the 48-hour window may be considered individually and refunds will still be provided whenever required by applicable law, PayPal rules or when we do not provide the purchased service. These terms do not limit your rights relating to unauthorized payments, material misdescription, nondelivery or a valid statutory remedy.
4. Weekly subscriptions: cancellation versus refund
Weekly Lunar Calendar with Recommendations: $99.90 USD automatically charged every 7 days until you cancel. You can stop future payments any time with no cancellation fee using the secure cancellation link provided after enrollment, or by canceling the automatic payment in your PayPal account. An email to [INSERT SUPPORT EMAIL BEFORE LAUNCH] also works if you cannot access your cancellation link. A cancellation does not itself reverse a payment already processed. For the most recent payment, email us within 48 hours to request the full refund described above. A refunded subscription installment is not automatically a cancellation; cancel separately if you do not want further charges.
5. Manual fulfillment and delivery problems
Calendars and written consultations are manually prepared and emailed within 3 U.S. business days after confirmed payment and receipt of the necessary preparation details. For weekly subscriptions, this applies to each successfully paid weekly edition. If a file does not arrive, check your spam folder and contact support. Where we cannot fulfill an order or applicable consumer law requires a refund, we will provide the appropriate remedy regardless of the voluntary 48-hour policy.
6. Payment-provider and statutory rights
This policy is additional to, and does not replace, any rights available under applicable U.S. consumer law or PayPal's buyer-protection, chargeback or dispute programs. Before making a second payment after a checkout error, verify your payment history or contact us to avoid duplicate charges.
